Do the Eczema Cream and Eczemact™ Soothing Cream for Babies & Kids contain gluten?

No, both creams are certified gluten-free.

At what temperature should I store Gladskin products with Micreobalance®?

We recommend storing your Micreobalance® products between 32° F and 75° F to help maintain the ingredients' effectiveness and keep your cream in tip-top shape. That being said, Gladskin products are resilient and can withstand exposure to temperatures of up to 104° F for up to seven days straight. Tip: Store your Micreobalance® products in your refrigerator, a temperature-stable environment!

Do Gladskin products with Micreobalance® expire?

Gladskin products are preservative-free. To ensure their effectiveness, it’s best to use them within 3 months of receiving them if stored at room temperature, or by the stamped expiration date if refrigerated. You can find your product’s expiration date printed on the bottle.

Where can I apply Gladskin products with Micreobalance®?

Gladskin products are gentle and safe to apply everywhere externally, including to the face, scalp, eyelids, and other sensitive areas. The only places we don't recommend applying Gladskin are mucous membranes such as inside the eyes, nose, mouth, ears, and any deep cavities.

How often can I apply Gladskin products with Micreobalance®?

We recommend applying Gladskin 2-3 times per day to start out, but you're welcome to apply it as often as desired! Gladskin is gentle–there's no way to "overdo" it.

Can I use Gladskin products with Micreobalance® with other products?

Yes! You're welcome to use Gladskin along with other products. For best results, we recommend applying Gladskin with Micreobalance® first to clean skin and waiting at least 5 minutes to let the cream sink in before applying any other products.

When can I expect to see results?

Many people experience relief within a few days of using Gladskin products with Micreobalance®, but for some it can take up to 3 weeks of consistent use to see a difference. We'd recommend using Gladskin daily as a proactive maintenance product even if you are not currently experiencing a flare-up. In rare cases, some first-time users' symptoms may temporarily worsen before getting better. Any discomfort should be mild and is usually an indication that Gladskin is beginning to work. This should improve within 10 days, often much sooner. That said, you know your skin best and if you’re concerned your reaction is possibly allergy-related, we'd recommend checking in with your doctor.

How do I get the product to come out of the pump the first time I use it?

Gladskin is preservative-free, which means our packaging is air-free. It can take up to 30 pumps (sometimes more!) to get the product to come out when you first start using your Gladskin. Note: The bead of plastic that looks like it's sealing the nozzle is actually a part of the packaging, so please make sure this stays intact.
