At what temperature should I store Gladskin Eczema Cream?
We recommend storing Gladskin Eczema Cream between 32° F and 75° F to help maintain the ingredients' effectiveness and keep your cream in tip top shape. That being said, Gladskin is resilient and can withstand exposure to temperatures of up to 104° F for up to seven days straight.
Does Gladskin Eczema Cream expire?
Gladskin is preservative-free, so to ensure its effectiveness it’s best to use the product within 3 months of receiving it if stored at room temperature or by the stamped expiration date if refrigerated. You can find your cream's expiration date printed on the bottle.
Does Gladskin Eczema Cream contain lactose or gluten?
Gladskin Eczema Cream contains no lactose and is certified gluten-free.
What bottle size is right for me?
Because everyone's skin is different and you’re welcome to apply Gladskin as often as you’d like (thanks to our gentle ingredients!), it’s hard to say how long one bottle will last you. That said, a good rule of thumb is: for trouble areas smaller than a fist (for example, if you’ll apply mostly to your face) or if you plan on using Gladskin no more than once a day, our 50 mL bottle should do the trick. For larger parts of the body like your arms and legs, our 100 mL is likely a more appropriate size.
When can I expect to see results?
Many people experience relief in the few days of using Gladskin, but for some it can take up to 3 weeks of consistent use to experience the full effect. We'd recommend using Gladskin daily as a proactive maintenance product even if you are not currently experiencing a flare-up. For best results, apply Gladskin to clean skin and wait at least 10 minutes before applying other products. You're often to apply it as often as you'd like, there's no way to overdo it!
In rare cases, some first time Gladskin users' eczema symptoms may temporarily worsen before getting better. Any discomfort should be mild and is usually an indication that Gladskin is beginning to work. This should improve within 10 days, often much sooner. This said, you know your skin best and if you’re concerned your reaction is possibly allergy-related, we'd recommend checking in with your doctor.
Where can I apply the Eczema Cream?
Gladskin Eczema Cream is gentle and safe to apply eveywhere externally, including to the face, scalp, eyelids, and other sensitive areas. The only places we don't recommend applying Gladskin are to mucuos membranes such as inside the eyes, nose, mouth, ears, and any deep cavaties.
How often can I apply the Eczema Cream?
We recommend applying Gladskin 2 - 3 times per day to start out, but you're welcome to apply it as often as desired! Gladskin is gentle and works as a great moisturizer, there's no way to "overdo" it.
How do I get the product to come out of the pump the first time I use it?
Gladskin Eczema Cream is preservative-free, which means our packaging is air-free. It can take up to 30 pumps (sometimes more!) to get the product to come out when you first start using your Gladskin Eczema Cream. Note: The piece of plastic that looks like it's sealing the nozzle is actually a part of the packaging, so please make sure this stays intact.
Can I use the Eczema Cream with other products?
Yes! You're welcome to use Gladskin along with other products. For best results, we recommend applying Gladskin first to clean skin and to wait at least 10 minutes to let the cream sink in before applying your other products. We also recommend starting with our preservative-free Body Wash to minimize disruption to your skin microbiome.

What common allergens are found in Gladskin Blemish Gel with Micreobalance®?
Gladskin Blemish Gel with Micreobalance® contains no lactose and is certified gluten-free (no wheat). Our ingredients do not contain nuts, eggs, coconut, or shellfish. That said, our manufacturing facility is not certified free of these allergens, so there is a small chance of cross contamination.

Gladskin Blemish Gel with Micreobalance® should be applied to clean, dry skin once in the morning and once at night. Our product is gentle and suitable for daily long-term use, so you’re welcome to use it as frequently as you’d like.
We recommend using our Face Wash as a gentle cleanser before applying Blemish Gel. Pump the gel from our air-tight bottle. A little goes a long way—a nickel-size amount should cover your face and neck. If applying additional products after, allow the gel to sit for at least 5 minutes while our patented ingredient Micreobalance® does its work.
Where can I apply Gladskin Blemish Gel with Micreobalance®?
Gladskin Blemish Gel is gentle and is safe to apply everywhere externally, including to sensitive areas on the face like your eyelids. The only places we don't recommend applying Gladskin are to mucous membranes such as inside the eyes, nose, mouth, ears, and any deep cavities.
Can I use Gladskin Blemish Gel with Accutane, another prescribed acne medication, or other products?
We always recommend checking in with your prescriber to be sure that your medication is safe to be combined with other products.
That being said, Gladskin is generally gentle and doesn’t penetrate past the skin’s surface. If using additional topicals or prescriptions, we just recommend applying Gladskin first and waiting about 5 minutes before you apply your next product.
At what temperature should I store Gladskin Blemish Gel?
We recommend storing Gladskin Blemish Gel between 32° F and 75° F to help maintain the ingredients' effectiveness and to keep your cream in tip-top shape. That being said, the gel is resilient and can withstand exposure to temperatures of up to 104° F for up to seven days straight.
Tip: Store Gladskin in your refrigerator, which is a temperature-stable environment!
Does Gladskin Blemish Gel expire?
Gladskin is preservative-free, so to ensure its effectiveness it’s best to use the product within 3 months of receiving it if stored at room temperature or by the stamped expiration date if refrigerated. You can find your gel's expiration date printed on the bottle.
When can I expect to see results with Gladskin Blemish Gel?
Many people experience relief in the few days of using Gladskin, but for some it can take up to 4-6 weeks of consistent use to start to see results. We'd recommend using Gladskin daily as a proactive maintenance product even if you are not currently experiencing a breakout.
What if my symptoms start to worsen after I start using Gladskin Blemish Gel?
You know your skin best and if you feel the reaction may be allergy-related, we recommend checking in with your doctor.
Though rare, in some cases, symptoms may slightly worsen before getting better with the first few uses of Gladskin. Any discomfort should be mild and not last longer than the first ten days, and is often an indication that Gladskin is beginning to rebalance your skin’s microbiome.
Every order of Gladskin comes with our Gladness Guarantee which means you have 60 days to try it and love it or return for a full refund - no questions asked and no matter how much of the bottle you've used.
My skin feels uncomfortable after I apply Gladskin Blemish Gel with Micreobalance®, what can I do about this?
If your skin feels dry or taut after using the Gladskin Blemish Gel with Micreobalance®, we recommend using a light moisturizer after letting the product absorb for 5 minutes.
If you feel like there’s a layer of gel on your skin after 5 minutes, it’s likely that you applied slightly too much. A little bit of product goes a long way and just half a pump may be enough to cover your whole face!
Does Gladskin Blemish Gel with Micreobalance® clear up acne scars?
No, Gladskin does not repair scar tissue and existing acne scars cannot be treated. Gladskin Blemish Gel with Micreobalance® helps your skin calm inflammation, meaning that new breakouts and scars are less likely to form.
Is Gladskin Blemish Gel with Micreobalance® non-comedogenic?
Gladskin Blemish Gel with Micreobalance® has been tested to be non-comedogenic, meaning it will not likely clog pores.
I have both Rosacea and Acne. Which product should I use?
Both products contain our hero ingredient, Micreobalance®, which restores natural balance to the skin microbiome while moisturizing, so there’s no need to apply both products at once. Based on your skin type, choosing just one of the two should help calm both conditions. If you experience both rosacea and acne and have normal to oily skin, we recommend using our Blemish Gel with Micreobalance®. If you have both rosacea and acne and your skin is normal to dry, our Redness Relief Cream may be best for you.
What types of acne does Gladskin Blemish Gel help with?
Gladskin Blemish Gel works best for adult facial acne that is non-hormonal, meaning our product works on inflamed pimples, pustules, and papules. As cystic and nodular acne usually develop under the skin, our products may not be the best fit.
Every order of Gladskin comes with our Gladness Guarantee which means you have 60 days to try it and love it or return for a full refund - no questions asked and no matter how much of the bottle you've used. So it's definitely worth a try!
