Apply twice a day, or more as desired, on skin free of other products. Let the cream absorb into the skin for 5 minutes before applying other products.

We recommend storing your Biome Balancing Lotion in the refrigerator—cool creams can feel good on the skin, and keeping your product in the fridge helps maintain the ingredients' effectiveness. Use by the stamped expiration date, or by 3 months from purchase if stored at room temperature. Do not freeze or store above 75° F.

Micreobalance® is Gladskin’s proprietary enzyme that helps restore balance to the skin microbiome by creating an environment where beneficial bacteria can thrive.

Facial redness is characterized by redness or discoloration depending on your skin tone. It occurs across your cheeks, forehead, and chin. If you have facial redness, you may have bumps, pustules, visible blood vessels, and thickening skin. Facial redness flares can be triggered by sun exposure, hot and cold weather, spicy food, and alcohol and caffeine.

Many people experience redness relief within a few days of using Gladskin Biome Balancing Lotion, but for some it can take up to 3 weeks of consistent use to see a difference. We'd recommend using Gladskin daily as a proactive maintenance product even if you are not currently experiencing a flare-up. In rare cases, some first-time users' symptoms may temporarily worsen before getting better. Any discomfort should be mild and is usually an indication that Gladskin is beginning to work. This should improve within 10 days, often much sooner. That said, you know your skin best. If you’re concerned your reaction is possibly allergy-related, we recommend checking in with your doctor.
